Bath & Body Works, an American retail chain, was established in 1990 in New Albany, Ohio. Shortly after, the company opened its first store in Massachusetts. Initially, Bath & Body Works primarily offered scented soaps and lotions, which gained immense popularity. Due to their success, the brand introduced a new line named Bath & Body Works at Home. This line encompassed scented products such as candles and room sprays. As time passed, Bath & Body Works gradually expanded its presence by opening new locations across the United States and in Canada. Currently, there are over 1,600 Bath & Body Works shops spread across North America and Kuwait. In order to categorize its products, the store utilizes various collections. The C.O. Bigelow collection consists of personal care products for both men and women, including shaving cream. The aromatherapy line offers products like linen mists and shower gels. The Signature Collection, which comprises unique scents and scent combinations, has become particularly popular and exclusive to Bath & Body Works. Among the exclusive scents are Be Enchanted and Mad About You. Additionally, responding to customer demand, Bath & Body Works decided to reintroduce some previously retired and discontinued scents to its product range.
